2022: Content Project Manager @ Cisco Systems

In this position I worked for two teams completing data migration, ad translations, creating web content and finishing the Cisco Community a year long project that resulted in an international learning hub for customers to learn how to best use their Cisco products.

My role involved creating web content for multiple Cisco sites, including meraki.cisco.com, and Cisco Community Small Business Support I facilitated the translation of websites across 13 major languages and worked with global teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow using tools like Smartsheet to track requests and JIRA for collaboration. In addition to organizing translations, I worked with 11 regional content managers to optimize digital experiences. I also tracked performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance the post sale digital journey to ensure returning customers.
